„The cabin is AWESOME! The front porch views of the mountains were incredible, especially as a storm passed through. Location, Location, Location. The property manager was on top of everything and super responsive. The Modpool/ hot tub was a first for all of us and was great after a day of hiking or biking. The best part- NO CELL PHONE COVERAGE. Yes the wifi was great, when needed, but it was nice to disconnect. Thanks for a great long weekend. This is on the stay again list!“

„We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this super cute well designed home. Our son played in the river/creek and fished all weekend. Great spot to read, relax and enjoy the fire in the winter months. Well stocked and nicely renovated. The outside of the home is more worn but overall very good stay. Also enjoyed a few nice restaurants. “

„This was my second visit to this little house, and I had a wonderful time. The house is immaculate and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. As an added plus, Elizabeth is delightful and very responsive to requests and questions. We will be back again.“

„Super cute and clean property perfect for a girls weekend! Hot tub was lovely, the pool was not open/ they had several pool cleaning services come over the weekend. But the host was great with communication and very responsive! Would definitely recommmed“

„We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect!“

„Cabin is real nice. Just remember it's a shared property. Other people were there but they were very nice. Close to Phoenicia and Woodstock. Real nice hiking in area. “

„We loved the home and location, was a bit disappointed that a washer and dryer were not available but upon reading the house information again I realized that a washer and dryer were not listed so that’s my fault. The house is about 1 1/2 hours from the Bethel Museum that covers the Woodstock music festival. The museum is awesome. The scenery is beautiful and lots of hiking trails. Unfortunately for us it rained the entire trip.“

„We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. “

„Nick was stellar in his communications. He was so quick to respond, always so helpful and considerate. The property worked very well for my needs though it was a quick two night stay with rainy weather so I did't get to enjoy the outside space. There are many creature comforts that Nick provides to make for a lovely stay. Thank you, Nick!“

„Went to Bearsville Theatre for a show and stayed the weekend. Perfect cottage by the stream. It was quiet and peaceful. Nearby to the theatre and all the shops in town. “

"Die Leute am Empfang waren unfreundlich und der Check in hat ewigs gedauert. Infos mussten wir alle selber besorgen. Das Frühstück war eine reinste Katastrophe. Es war fast alles leer und die Frau welche auffüllte konnte kein Wort englisch und verstand nicht mal der Kaffee ist leer oder es hat keine Gabel mehr. Das Hotel war gut gelegen und die Betten bequem. Wir würden nie wieder hier übernachten. Seit 5 Wochen auf Reise das schlechteste Hotel. "
