„Starters we didn’t receive check in information until an hour before we could check in. After checking in a few left to grab groceries and others stayed back to swim a bit. After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund ...
