Hotels Pha Tang

„The hotel is awful. The rooms were sparse and in poor condition. We had nails coming out of the wall, bathroom was filthy, the floors are swept not moped, shower was mouldy and dirty. There is no shower curtain so water gets everywhere. The first thing you see is a price list for all the furniture as though you are going to steal the couch. There is rubbish all around the hotel grounds and the swimming pool (that they photograph so much) was green and unusable. Don’t stay here if you need a ...

„Good room with river view from balcony. The pool is almost on the river giving a feeling of infinity pool. The staff were good and very helpful. We felt that lunch / dinner options were very limited at their restaurant and AC needed some maintenance. The place is a bit away from main market so needs a bit of walk to reach dining options / night market. Otherwise, worth the place for its location / staff / peaceful living.“

„The room still has old dust and webs around corners and bedside tables. Towels are too old and ragged.“

„Room and breakfast are decent. Staff and service are amazing. The location is great. Pool is soso (good size but could be better maintained). “

„Very terrible customer service.“

„Decent place to rest for a fair price.“

„Location. Was optimal. Could walk to everything. Was really really convenient “

„Something I wish I was aware of is that the hotel is not finished being built and is missing a lot of finishing touches such as hooks and hand soap. Also it is under construction so if you want to take an afternoon nap, there will be noise of construction going on and construction debris all over the place. The gym is not finished. The pool was not usable for the first half of my stay and the hallways smell of cigarettes and drywall not to say that it won’t be a nice hotel once it is finished ...

„Big room and shower, nice views of the mountains, good location“
