„My only real issue is that at my check in I stood waiting for a bit for the desk clerk to attend to me as she sat in a room next to the desk watching a show. That's certainly a bad first impression of the facility being that that's the first person the guests encounter. Otherwise, the room was clean as well as the hallways. (Parking semi sucks at night though) “

„The hotel was wonderful, as was the staff. We had a suite, which was very spacious. My only complaint, hence the 4 stars, was that the walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbor’s tv at midnight. They had it at a very normal volume, but was clearly heard through the bedroom wall. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.“

„Das Hotel hat eine angenehme wohlfühl Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Der tägliche Zimmerservice ist top und die Annehmlichkeiten die das Hotel bietet (Swimmingpool, Fitnesscenter, Basketballfeld, Garten). Jederzeit gerne wieder!“

„I only stayed overnight. During that short stay, the young lady at the front desk was very nice and personable. It was nice and quiet, and the room was very clean. I was there for a Stevenson University event and this was very convenient. Overall......great place!“

„Property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. There was not enough help at check-in. Also, there were some rowdy guests who were not respectful to other sleeping guests. These guests were talking loudly and allowing young children to run the halls at inappropriate hours.“

„Der Empfang war überaus freundlich. Das Personal hat uns über die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten umfassend informiert. Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Baltimore, aber in 15 Min. kann man den Inner Harbour sehr gut erreichen. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Tankstelle und mehrere Restaurants, die alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. “

„My family and I stayed here during our April Break so we could visit D.C. I thought the hotel was excellent and everyone was super kind and helpful. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the pool wasn't available. Great stay!“

"The hotel was generally okay. However, the elevators were very slow, and the breakfast was disappointing. The staff at breakfast seemed inattentive, and the buffet selection was quite limited. The bed in the room had a few stains, and the sheet had one or two small holes. As a Hilton Diamond member, I also didn’t feel particularly recognized or appreciated during my stay."
