„Beautiful romantic hotel“

„Overall, very nice and spacious apartments as well as rooms, with everything you need. Location and premises is lovely as well and pool is clean. Many options to sit and relax, read a book, sit at the bar and enjoy the nature. However, breakfast was only mediocre for a resort (4 stars). Eggs were soiled in fat, and fruits not really fresh. On top, some of the staff, especially 2 receptionists seemed very annoyed and not really friendly. It almost seemed as they were unmotivated. For a resort, ...

„A most pleasant stay in the wonderful Pumula Lodge in Knysna! Our Host Rensia was most helpful and accomodating. We had a wonderful time!“

„Angenehmes Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend. Zentral nach Knysna gelegen. Sehr freundliche Wirtin.“

„Unfortunately not as expected. Needs a lot of work done. Not maintained and very porely managed. Well below expectations considering the price. Staff is sitting around on the cell phones or playing games on computers during working hours in the hotel lobby. “

„Nice people“

„Perfekt!“

„Ok“
