„Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno di 4 notti con 2 bimbi…siamo stati molto bene, avevamo tutto quello di cui necessitavamo. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante una sera ed cibo e servizio impeccabile. „Great location for our family ski trip. The hotel has an agreement with a lovely ski hire shop which is fabulous as we could leave our ski's and boots there every day, it made such a difference to our trip. We used the pool daily, it was lovely after a day on the slopes. You have to book one hour slots for the pool which works well as it is never too busy.“

„Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm.“
