"We got different room category than we had booked and already paid. We showed the lady at the reception the confirmation from Expedia and she told us we had to buy an Upgrade to get the Sea view and hammock which were explicitly mentioned in the confirmation from Expedia as our room category!
What’s worse, the room we got was right next to the kitchen, with a ridiculously loud a/c going all night except between 5:30 and 6 am, I hardly got to sleep.
The food was pretty good (even though there were few veggie options), but overall it’s obvious the place has seen better days. We won’t be back here.
