O lugar é deslumbrante, se tem uma vista magnífica de todos os lados: o vale com a cidade de Ollantaytambo, a via férrea margeando o rio e o nevado Veronica. „Everything was great. Our flight got cancelled and we arrived one day after. They did not charged us the first night. Train station 5 min down. Main attraction 15 min up hill. The place has a big garden with a lot of flowers, everyone was very nice! “

„The location just outside the center of town is great. You don't hear traffic noise at all. I had a restful night's stay. Make sure to take the guided walk In the hotel's private rnature eserve leading down to the river. An additional fee for a boat ride Is worth it. I felt that 1/2 hour was sufficient. Very clean and well appointed room. Enjoyed the pool as well.“

"Top Hotel, sehr historisches Ambiente, sehr komfortable Betten, top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Die Badewanne dürfte für 5 Sterne auch gern größer sein, als nur zum duschen. Frühstück ist auch nicht ganz 5 Sterne-Niveau. Das GYM ist definitiv zu klein & zu minimalistisch eingerichtet. Massage-Behandlungen einen tick zu teuer. "

"We had a dead fly and two moving larvae in our unit. Even after we addressed the problem, it wasn’t resolved - only when we addressed it the second time. Also, the bathroom isn’t in the best shape anymore - there is a crack in the tub and the water is floating out on the floor. Apart from these mentioned incidents the stay was enjoyable, especially since the hotel is located in the city center. The breakfast was okay, I feel a little like mass production and I am not sure about the hygiene standards after the larvae incident in our room. But maybe it was just misperception because it tasted good and we didn’t have any problems."
