In unserem Fall funktionierte der Hauptschalter des Zimmerlichtes nicht, das WLAN war ziemlich langsam und am Morgen mussten wir auf unseren Cappuccino verzichten weil die Kaffeemaschine ihren Dienst versagte. Kostenloses Trinkwasser wurde nur sehr spärlich zur Verfügung gestellt (ca 3dl/Person), hier besteht noch deutliches Verbesserungspotential.“

The hotel decor and amenities are extremely outdated, with very small basic rooms and even tinier bathrooms, which you might expect from a Holiday Inn Hotel at the airport bu not from a Belmond Luxury Lodge.
