„My good looking Turkish partner and I booked this so called hotel for one night. We arrived shortly after booking only to be told there were no rooms available, even though keys to 5 rooms were visible. They fluffed around avoiding my request for the room for some time and I had to threaten to call the police if I wasn’t immediately refunded. „Our stay was perfect. We got an upgrade for all three nights. Food was good however the food at the Belmond Machupicchu was significant better( Real Gourmet). The temperature of the pool schould be a bit higher. The coffee machine in the room is great however on the first day it did not work. I recommend to change to Nespresso. They wanted to charge us for the taxi to Poroy USD 50.- finaly they organised for us a normal taxi for 25 S.“
