„This loft apartment was the PERFECT space for my stay in Perth. It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). „I was in Perth for a family reunion in early June 2025 that was held in Stewart Park, right across the street from this VRBO rental. This area of Perth is very historic, with the Tay canal running right behind the rental unit. The rental unit was excellent - lots of dishes, good TV, large fridge, good air conditioning, and an excellent view of the street and the park. Very good location, with many shops and cafe's nearby. Great unit !“

„Das Haus liegt direkt am See und bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar ein Geschirrspüler. Das Haus war nicht ganz so sauber, was vielleicht daran liegt, dass jeder Gast bei Abreise die Böden selber wischen soll. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Waschbecken im Keller Badezimmer sehr verdreckt, deswegen haben wir dieses gar nicht erst benutzt. „This property is neat and tidy. My family had a great time. A lot of wildlife to see. The solar lights and screened in eating area really made the nights so much better with the fire ban. We could still enjoy the outside and played games. The lake is so clean - we had little fish nibbling our ankles! Too weedy for us for swimming, but we all dipped in! Lounging and looking at the water was really peaceful. No complaints! Super private. Great hosts.“

„We absolutely loved everything about the experience. It's a brilliant experience sleeping on the lake. Everything was wonderful: the views, the landscape, the wildlife, etc. The property was fun to explore and it was a comfortable and easy experience to check-in and check-out. Had way more than i expected (bbq with cooking utensils, all cutlery plates bowls mugs in the bunkie, fridge microwave tea pot toaster shower) even an outdoor shower!!
