„This villa is in good location on a nice complex.It is was well equipped and very clean inside.Good contact wth the owner Lee but never seen property manager or pool cleaner whilst there but was not a problem as know the area well.Only thing missing was a Parasol for outside table as the palm tree next door was cut back when we were there and that gave good shade, as the temperature hit over 35 degrees in our last few day's.“

„Das Haus ist sehr gross, sauber und gut eingerichtet. An der Austattung gibt es eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln, ausser dass die Küchenutensilien schon seine besten Tage hinter sich haben. Der Aussenbereich verfügt über Pool, Jacuzzi (Kostet extra), Pingpongtisch, Essbereich, Liegestühle und vieles mehr und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Pernera und an einem Strand der meiner Meinung nach nicht sehr schön ist. Jedoch kann man sich ein Fahrrad ...

„This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. „Avery clean, well presented villa. Ezoria were fantastic and additional touches on arrival were greay, such as, a massive bowl of fruit, tea's, coffee's, water. In addition, toiletries, cleaning products, literally everything you need to just settle in. Pool was well maintained and maid service was excellent. Cannot really fault the villa or Ezoria.“
