Resort in Perlflussdelta mieten

"Ich komme seit 15 Jahren jährlich in dieses Hotel. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ging nicht und es gab auch kein Fenster welches man öffnen konnte. Nach mehrmaligem Bescheid geben an der Rezeption konnte das Problem leider nicht behoben werden. Daher für diesen Aufenthalt keine gute Bewertung. Auch das Frühstück war nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Manchmal gibt es Frühstück bis 11 Uhr und manchmal bis 10 Uhr. Oft is es so überfüllt das eine längere Wartezeit besteht - das nervt morgens wenn man frühstücken möchte (und dafür Geld im Voraus bezahlt hat)…"

"I don't understand how this hotel is rated as 5 stars. The room was extremely outdated — the furniture and general setup felt like it hadn’t been updated in 50 years. The shower was disgusting: the shower head was brown and worn-out, there was excessive silicone everywhere in the shower cabin, and visible mold. Room service? Practically non-existent. We tried ordering four times, and each person we called told us to call someone else. In the end, we gave up. That’s just embarrassing for a hotel in this category. We stayed in a non-smoking room, but the entire hallway and nearby rooms constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. People smoked indoors as if it were completely normal — it was a nightmare. The lobby was another disappointment. There's no real seating area — just four chairs. For a hotel of this size and supposed quality, that’s bizarre and unwelcoming. You walk in and there’s literally nowhere to sit comfortably. Another serious issue was the general atmosphere as a woman. Most of the guests were groups of men, mostly from Arabic and Indian backgrounds, and as a woman I constantly felt stared at — not just casually, but in an intimidating and disturbing way. I felt very unsafe going anywhere alone. It felt like these men had never seen a woman before, and I was always on edge. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, especially to female travelers. It was a complete disaster."

"Shenzhen ist keine Touristenstadt. Kaum jemand spricht gut englisch. Im Hotel wäre ich froh gewesen um Stadtplan, Ausflugs-Vorschläge etc. Das Hotel, direkt neben Ping An, sehr gut gelegen, sehr komfortabel."
