„Easy check in, room was clean just can tell it's an older hotel. Sits behind a gas station and car wash so not the easiest to find. The shower was OMG wonderful ( although it could take paint off a car) Stayed 3 days and they never changed out the towels, had to ask for fresh ones. Was fairly quiet which was nice “

„By far our favorite vacation rental yet. Great location and the house was so pleasant with a very good layout and met all our needs. Large fenced-in backyard with a huge tree (& much to our pup’s delight, squirrels!) We opted to include the golf cart & that made it even better … such fun to pop down to the beach for sunset or to pick up food from downtown. Comfortable, cute, clean & spacious. Will definitely book this house again since we have family in the area & will be returning.“

„We came to Ocean Springs for a quick weekend trip with friends. The Mockingbird Inn is a great property and the wrap around porch was awesome for visiting with friends and just enjoying the surroundings. Nothing beats a southern porch. The Fern suite was very comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and had everything that you could want for a nice getaway. It is also very convenient to downtown and all of the action but far enough away that it is very quiet. I highly recommend this property“
