„Arrived on Saturday night after flying in from Melbourne with my five children to find that there wasn’t any toilet paper in the entire house! Not ideal after nearly 4hrs of transit. House was expectedly hot and stuffy after warm day and being shut up. What wasn’t expected was that the air conditioner downstairs, where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are didn’t work!
