„I visited the area the week of June 7th and the hotel was beautiful and beyond my expectations. From arrival time the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean, spacious and very accommodating. We were there for the OWA water park and the hotel was walking distance with all the shops and attractions along the walk. „The room was as clean as need be. There were some spots that they missed but what made like the bathroom and kitchen were cleaned properly. My family liked the breakfast and the staff were both helpful and friendly. I will use the same place again.“

„We received a confirmation and then at 2am the day before check in they sent an email cancellation of confirmation because they couldn’t find a maid service??? Joke, we had to scramble to find a place to stay that day 15 hrs from home…… nightmare. Thanks “

„Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!!
