We (a family of four with kids) had seemingly booked a non smoking room through Expedia months in advance of our stay and had mentioned explicitely that we need a non smoking room in the booking. „The hotel is perfectly located, rooms are quite and clean. Hotel staff was welcoming and nice. Breakfast is good. We also used the pool and the whirlpool. Nice for relaxing after a long day. A visit at the submarine museum (which is just a short drive from the hotel away) is also recommended. “

„Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt leider aufgrund einer Planänderung nicht antreten. Daher hatten wir sowohl über Expedia als auch beim Hotel eine Kulanzanfrage für eine Erstattung gestellt. Weder von Expedia noch vom Hotel haben wir je eine Antwort erhalten. Stattdessen sollen wir ein Hotel bewerten, in dem wir nie übernachtet haben. Sowohl von Expedia als auch vom Hotel sehr unprofessionell!“

„We like the hotel for its comfort, balcony with a harbor view, and small amenities such as evening cookies, 24-hour coffee station and fruit. It has the best plumbing of any hotel I’ve ever seen - great shower and bathroom utilities. We asked for housekeeping and didn’t get it (housekeeping should be automatic in hotel stays, it seems like it always was until the last few years when all the hotel managers started slacking off - stop doing that). Essen beim Inder ja, übernachten nicht mehr wieder

"Zum Motel gehört ein indisches Restaurant, das Essen war hervorragend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider verbreitet sich der Currygeruch im ganzen Haus, bzw. bis in die Zimmer. Das Motel war mehrheitlich leer und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten ok, Zimmer mit altem Teppich. Kaffee konnte man jederzeit auf dem Flur kostenlos beziehen, war jedoch sehr dünn und geschmacklos."
