„This is a great spot to relax for the weekend. Comfy bed, great kitchen if you want to eat in, and a wonderful couch to read and relax on. The balcony is an added bonus to enjoy your morning coffee - I brought my outdoor rocker and it was perfect! There are always plenty of towels and the sheets are super soft. Matt is a fantastic host. I will definitely be coming back when I visit Peoria.“

„The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I ...

„Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. Unsafe stairs coming into the house.. irregular heights.Very drafty windows and thin cheap curtains on them. No extra blamkets.
