Duna Lorne is a charming retro inspired cottage nestled on the sandy shores of Saint Mary’s Lake, a peaceful inland lake perfectly located between Pentwater and Ludington. Just 15 minutes from the beaches of Lake Michigan, this cozy retreat blends mid century modern charm with modern comfort for a relaxed and memorable stay.

Bedrooms
The cottage features two inviting bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. Both bedrooms include an additional heat source, mounted TV, mirrors, blackout curtains, overhead fans, and luggage racks.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and an electric fireplace, creating a warm and cozy space to unwind at the end of the day. It also includes a full length mirror and a sound machine for restful nights.

The second bedroom features a full bed and peaceful lake views, perfect for slow mornings and relaxing evenings.

Bathroom
A full bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms and includes a removable shower head, soaps, towels, a hairdryer, and a compact sink.

Main Living Areas
When you walk in, you are greeted by a bright dining room that sets the tone for the home’s playful retro vibe. The dining table seats six, and a daybed with trundle provides extra sleeping space, ideal for kids or additional guests. The laundry area is also located in this room.

Barn doors open into the main living area where you will find a cozy couch, board games, a temperature controlled gas fireplace, and a fully stocked retro kitchen featuring a simple retro style oven. The space is perfect for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together.

The home includes a mini split system for both air conditioning and heat, along with WiFi.

Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy true lakefront living. The patio faces the lake and includes a table and chairs for outdoor meals with a view. There is direct lake access right in front of the property with a sandy bottom lake that is ideal for swimming and play. After a day on the water, rinse off using the outdoor shower hose hookup.

In the evenings, gather around the fire pit with chairs for cozy nights under the stars or to watch the sunset over the lake.

Extras & Amenities
The property offers plenty of parking, expansive outdoor space, and a beautiful terraced rock wall overlooking the 113 acre lake. Guests are welcome to enjoy the lake with our two kayaks and provided life jackets. Whether you're heading out for a peaceful morning paddle or taking in the sunset from the water, it's a great way to experience all that Saint Mary's Lake has to offer.
