Note: The property is designed for adult guests, offering a peaceful and serene environment for those looking to unwind and explore the area.



The Space:

Each apartment has been thoughtfully updated to provide all the comforts of home, with stylish decor, cozy furnishings, and all the modern conveniences you need for a hassle-free stay. This Suite is on the second floor and is equipped with a private bath and kitchenette (microwave, minifridge/freezer, toaster, and sink).

Enjoy the best of both worlds with easy access to Downtown Pensacola’s vibrant dining, shopping, and cultural scene. Just a short 10-minute drive will bring you to the stunning sands of Pensacola Beach—perfect for a day of sun, sand, and surf. We are located in the Old East Hill Historic District and just a short walk from Historic Palafox street.



Getting Around:

We have bikes for all our guests on site and the house is walking distance to Palafox.



Other Things to Note:

To maintain the comfort and cleanliness of our space, we are unable to accommodate pets. A $200 fee will apply if this policy is not observed. We appreciate your understanding!
