Open floor plans await you as you enter the spacious house. The Living room has plenty of seating and a 50-inch smart TV and a newly installed electric fireplace.
A private home office has a desk, chair, computer monitors for your remote working needs. A sofa sleeper for additional family members.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliance and plenty of counter space, including a island prep area, for your planning at-home meals.
The dining room table has amble seating ((8) for dinners and game nights.
Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi and a private full-size washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom, guest will enjoy a private en suite with a separate jetted tub, a walk-in shower and a full-size walk-in closet. A king size bed, a full dresser and smart tv awaits you while you are happily winding down after a long day at the beach. You will also find a twin sleeper chair.
You will find 3 more bedrooms on the other side of the house. One with a queen bed and the other two bedrooms each have a full-size bed and bunk beds to accommodate everyone. No shortage of bathrooms with two more full baths. Each bedroom has a smart TV, dresser and large closets.
You can find a high chair in the dinning room and a pack n play in the closet.
For your safety and the safety of others, there are cameras located outside. Two by the garage, one on the side yard, one outside the back door, one by the pool and the front is a ring doorbell.
A fence to separate the heated saltwater pool so you can enjoy a dip in the cooler months. A large pergola to provide some shade while the family enjoys the pool.
Plenty of seating along with a table a chair to enjoy a meal or playing games in the evening beside the firepit.
During the winter months the outside temperature needs to be above 50 Degrees for the pool heater to work efficiently.
Golfers make sure you bring your clubs to challenge the 18 holes at the Club at Hidden Creek, just a short drive from the house.
Take the family to the Gulf Breeze Zoo with over 800 animals. Or take a drive across the causeway to enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches or cast a line from the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, just 15 minutes from your rental.
This is a great place to relax away from the crowds.
