IMPORTANT FALL/WINTER 2026–2027 POOL NOTICE

Beach Club will be completing scheduled maintenance and improvement projects to the resort pools during portions of fall and winter 2026–2027.

• Indoor Pool: Scheduled to close beginning October 15, 2026 for approximately 2 weeks while ceiling repairs are completed.

• Outdoor Pool & Outdoor Hot Tub: Scheduled to close beginning November 1, 2026 for approximately 10 weeks for resurfacing of the outdoor pool, hot tub, and entry fountain.

These projects are being completed by the Beach Club HOA and schedules are subject to change depending on project progress.

The beach, Gulf access, condo, and other available resort amenities are not affected by these pool projects.

Please take these temporary closures into consideration when booking dates during this period. Rental rates will remain as listed.

• Additional vehicles may use nearby paid public parking, subject to availability, particularly during peak season

House Rules

• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests, including children
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• No pets
• No smoking anywhere on the property, including balconies

Important Information

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially during hurricane season. Refunds cannot be provided for weather events, storms, hurricanes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Our cancellation policy is set to Moderate (30 days) to help protect guest reservations during peak beach season.
