This beautiful, fourth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. The primary bedroom is on the Gulf side with doors leading to the balcony. Other features of this upgraded, beautifully and modernly decorated vacation rental include an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, cabinets and fixtures, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathrooms are elegant with upgraded fixtures, cabinets, and decor with marble accents. The primary bathroom is upgraded with a lovely white marble jetted tub and a separate, large walk-in shower. The living room has a cozy, large sectional with a TV, DVD player, and a VCR. The primary bedroom has a TV with a large walk-in closet with a dresser for extra storage. The second and third bedrooms have a TV and a VCR.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
