The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat in, then there are many wonderful restaurants located nearby; as well as shopping, available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. This unit has three TVs, two DVD players, and a CD stereo system located in the living room. Island Princess is located directly on the snow-white sands on Okaloosa Island, just steps from the most sought-after waters of the Gulf Coast. On-site, enjoy the hot tub and heated outdoor pool, as well as a fitness center. The relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of Island Princess will easily make it your go-to vacation destination for years to come.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
