Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac within an exclusive gated community on Pensacola Beach, Villa Marbella offers an unparalleled coastal retreat. This expansive 3,500+ sq ft villa with more than 1500 sq feet of balcony boasts panoramic unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. No detail has been overlooked.

When you arrive at Villa Marbella, you’re met by striking mediterranean architecture, crisp landscaping, and stately palm trees swaying in the gentle, salty sea breeze. Direct beach access, a community pool with pool house, and a 160 ft. private community pier on the Santa Rosa Island Sound makes this a comfortable accommodation for families as well as corporate functions.

Come inside, and let the peaceful tranquility wash over you. Villa Marbella features a spacious kitchen that is open to the dining and living area- perfect for entertaining family and friends and enjoying the breathtaking views of the Gulf! Two sofas create an intimate setting for relaxing with friends and family or hosting a movie night on the multiple flatscreens. Our dining room table seats 10-12, in addition to the bar that seats 3. All together, we can seat 25+ in the open dining room/living room/kitchen!

Villa Marbella offers 5 generous sized bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, all with high ceilings, 8 ft. doors and recessed lighting.

The first-floor features two bedrooms; one with a set of twin bunk beds & a trundle the other with a queen bed, generous sized closets, each with their own bathrooms. This floor also includes a convenient laundry nook off the kitchen.

Climb the staircase to the top floor, where there are three relaxing and oversized bedrooms. The magnificent primary suite features a king-size bed, sofa bed, flatscreen television, walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanity, and step-in shower. There are two more bedrooms across from the master suite with a bathroom between them; One features a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, each with flatscreen televisions. All bedrooms have access to balconies.

With both gulf and sound access just steps away, Villa Marbella makes any trip effortless!

Lots of space and great location!

Our group of 3 families (6 adults and 7 kids) really enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day weekend! The house had plenty enough space for all of us, and we especially loved the expansive balcony. The guys loved having 3 TVs in the living room so they could watch 3 different football games at once. The kitchen was well stocked and had very good quality pots and pans (especially for a rental!). It was a little tricky not having a garbage disposal in the sink, but we made do. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and also close to lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, the bay, etc. The only complaints we had were that the house was not cleaned well when we arrived (dirty, sandy floors and funky carpet), and there were no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms.

The location of this home meets the needs of anyone who enjoys the water, whether it be sand and waves at the beach, calm waters and boating on the sound, or peaceful swimming in the pool. The home is spacious and accommodated our family; also accommodated our extended family (40+ staying in the neighborhood) for dinner every night. The owners are exceptional—we had no internet and a broken cooktop when we arrived. Owners came by the next day to see if it was something they could fix—to no avail. Being 4th of July weekend, we were concerned issues couldn’t be addressed until after the holiday BUT with lots of persuasion from the owners, both repairmen showed up the next day and and everything was repaired. Could not ask for a better response to issues that arise unexpectedly. We are looking forward to a stay again next year.

We had 11 people In our group, 6 adults and five kids. This place was perfect. The owner is quick to respond and was very helpful. The blinds do cause some minor issues but we had no concern of privacy. Awesome place! If we go back to Pensacola we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this home! LOVED IT!

Great Property But Lacks Proper Maintenance

Owner was nice and easy to communicate with prior to stay. The property is spacious and has a great layout. With that said, upon arrival we discovered that the refrigerator/freezer smelled of spoiled shrimp. Boxes of baking soda had been placed but the smell took over everything. The ice maker in the wet bar was out of order. We were told not to use the extra refrigerator/freezer downstairs. Even though this house sleeps 15, there were only 14 forks and they were from 7 different sets of flatware. There is no garbage disposal in kitchen sink which was a major inconvenience. The vent in the master bedroom toilet area was not functional. The toilet is closed into a very small area so not being able to vent was unpleasant. The vertical blinds were mismatched and had large gaps with slats missing that left us exposed to anyone outside of our bathroom or bedroom. Handles on furniture were broken and drawers pull out and can drop on your foot. Beautiful balconies but cheap plastic chairs for sitting and enjoying the view were all that were present. The towels were of very poor quality. My family has stayed in two other houses in this same neighborhood over the past six years. They both offered a much better experience for less money.

Great house, plenty of room, very comfortable, kitchen well equipped! Some vertical blind slats were missing in Master Bath (didn’t shower in there at night!Haha!), and in a front first floor bedroom, but owner has their replacements on order. Quiet neighborhood and great location to get to beach across the main road. Soundside dock is being redone, due to recent hurricane damage… but will be a nice addition when finished. We enjoyed our stay here!

A lovely, well-maintained home that had all the features we needed. Problems with the community pool and one TV set fixed efficiently. No garbage disposal in the kitchen was a minor inconvenience. Perfect Family Get-Away

Tania is an amazing host! She communicated very well with us from the time that we booked her home through our stay and even on our way home. The home was amazing - plenty of room for us all to gather in the living and dining room and penlty of room for us to all go our separate ways for bedtime. The double ovens came in so handy and the ice maching - what an awesome thing to have!! We usually have had to go get ice multiple times a day, but not this year!!! Also...we usually have to search for pantry space, but there was a very large pantry for us to keep all of our things. I would highly recommend Sydney's Sandcastle and I'm hoping to go back again very soon.

Nicest house in subdivision

The subdivision is located right before the heavily congested areas so traffic was minimal which was awesome. Local restaurants and shops were only a few miles down the road so easy access to everything. Neighbors were nice and always greeted us with a smile. House was super clean when we arrived. Wifi and mobile data both strong signals. All around an awesome experience and will definitely come back

We had an absolutely lovely stay in Pensacola! This house was perfect location, enormous, Exceptionally clean, and very well stocked! We travel down for a school trip to do service work in the area after the hurricanes of 2020, and this was the perfect spot for us to gather after our work was done. We could not have been more happy, and cannot wait to book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and room home for a lovely stay for a week at the beach!

We have all good things to say about this house, it's location and the owner! This home is large, beautiful and open! Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out in. Very large living, and dining areas! It was probably the cleanest we've ever had a rental home be when we showed up! We really appreciated that! The stove top and pan combination is a bit finicky and takes a bit of getting used to. With how many decks there were, the could have be a bit more deck seating, but as we were there in March and it was quite windy much of the time, it wasn't a huge deal. Super easy walk to the beach! It was a lovely stay and we will definitely return to this rental again! Tania was very responsive when I had a few questions in the few days before our arrival! We would highly recommend this lovely beach home rental!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

The house was clean and beautifully located between the Gulf and the Bay. Our family spent the week of Thanksgiving at Sydney's Castle and was very appreciative for the large Kitchen with 2 ovens and all the utensils. The only complaint is the mattresses in each bedroom could be replaced as well as the bed linens. Otherwise the house was a great place to vacation with our family.

Nice Vacation Home

The property owner was very easy to work with. Before even renting the property, I had a special request about length of stay and she worked with me to help me out. The house was very comfortable and nice. It was so close to the ocean, the pool and the sound. We enjoyed all three. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs to use. There were also many pots and pans to choose from in the kitchen. Since we cooked in a good bit that was very helpful. I would stay at this location again. We had a very enjoyable vacation.
