For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!
Other Things to Note:
REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.
SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.
FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.
FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.
COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.
POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!
RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.
AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.
RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.
BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.
LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.
PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.
Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.
CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.
Interaction with Guests:
ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

We love that we had a choice of a private beach, on the bay or the public beach, on the Gulf, within walking distance. There were no shops nearby other than a convenience store that is very limited and one restaurant within walking distance. The condo was equipped for cooking and very clean. The towels and wash rags are SUPER ruff but all in all the condo was great!

Overall. The unit was fine. A little dated and in need of repairs, but clean and the property manager was nice and very communicative. The online listing is not indicative of the location, though. When I booked. There were pictures of a building and staircase right on the beach. The unit is not this building and and there is no direct access to the beach. The building is as far away from the water as you can get on Pensacola Beach. Admittedly, that's not far, but the photos are disengenuous. They show the exterior of another building, not the one you'll be staying in.

Really enjoyed this rental. You could tell it was newly decorated. All of the furnishings and decor matched and looked new. The unit doesn't face the water but the property is on the Sound side. We had a great time watching the crabs and wade fishing for the little Sheepshead. They loved the dead shrimp. A few suggestions....add a hair dryer and at least one cooking pot and one skillet. Love the curtains in the primary bedroom but they dont offer privacy from the shared balcony. Thankfully the unit next door was vacant so we didnt have to worry about people peering in at is while we slept. Thanks to the host for a great stay!

This was a nice clean condo with very good air conditioning and plenty of room and space and it was very clean. There were plenty of towels and small things you might need during your stay. A few things were in disrepair, but overall we loved our stay and we would go back

Great location but fair to poor living space
Stayed at the property for about 4 days. Arrived and most everything was clean except for the dishes. Furniture and doors were in poor condition. Some doors wouldnt even close properly. Wobbling chairs and faucets was expecting better maintenance of the furniture, doors and faucets. Bedding was comfortable.

Overall Great Condo for Pensacola Beach
This condo was awesome. Location was great. Short 5 min max walk to either side/beach. Check in process was super simple. And the condo was exactly as described. Having a full kitchen was super beneficial, including all the utensils, pots, and pans to use as well.The only negatives I have were related to the Master bedroom. The sink in the master was very rusted and appeared quite dirty (could have just been all the rust and chips out of the sink). There was also a missing outlet in the master, that left a hole with exposed wires hanging out. And the doors to the deck didnt have full privacy coverage with curtains or anything. There were some curtains, but were see-through. Considering this deck is shared with the neighboring condo, I'd recommend some privacy curtains just for ease of mind. We did meet the neighbor, however. And she was super nice and sweet!Don't let my above feedback turn you away from this condo though. This place was great for us! We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!

Spring break trip
Me , my two girls , and cousin came for their spring break and we had the best time ! I wish we could’ve stayed longer ! We will definitely be back ! It’s a perfect spot and super close to the beach and stores ! Also quiet !
