Sitting on the west end of Pensacola Beach, there will be no delay watching the waves crash on the sand mere steps away. If you want to venture out a bit, the beauty of Park West is a half-mile walk away. For a fun day trip of sightseeing and historic landmarks, don't hesitate to check out Fort Pickens, sitting just eight miles west. Not to mention, downtown Pensacola Beach is a great place to grab a bite to eat, fish off the pier, or grab a souvenir from one of the local shops!
No matter the occasion for your travels to Pensacola Beach, Baywatch F2 is a vacationer's dream, offering a picturesque atmosphere throughout. Upon entering this first-floor condo, walk up the stairs, and you will be adorned with welcoming beachy décor, comfortable furnishings, and a genuinely at-home ambience. Enjoy a full-size washer/dryer, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of storage space, full-size appliances, and all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The spacious kitchen island serves as a dining table. Step into the inviting living area, offering a large TV and DVD player. Unwind in the evenings with a family movie night with DVD rentals after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all Pensacola Beach has to offer.

***Please Note: Due to damages from a tornado that came through our area, repairs to the outside buildings, carports and stairwells started in August of 2024 and will be on-going through the New Year. The dates and time frames are below but it is all weather permitting.

Please be aware there is a $40 registration fee per vehicle that covers your parking pass and wristbands. This fee is collected upon check in at the onsite registration desk that is run by the HOA.

Explore the vibrant neighborhood surrounding our beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! Step directly onto the pristine white sands and enjoy the sun, surf, and stunning views. You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!
Other Things to Note:
REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.
SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.
FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.
FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.
COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.
POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!
RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.
AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.
RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.
BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.
LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.
PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence please contact us immediately.
THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

Is there a church or chapel at the resort? No, the closest church is PCB First Assembly of God. The church is 0.6 miles away and has a Wednesday worship at 7:00 PM with a complimentary dinner from 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM Sunday worship 10:30 AM
What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.
Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.
CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.
Interaction with Guests:
ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

Overall this was a great place for a quick girls trip! There was room for everyone to sleep comfortably and hang out together. The balcony had good views, but the balcony furniture is pretty unsteady. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and had everything we needed. Beds were a bit more on the firm side but still fairly comfortable. Good location for a quick drive or walk to public beach access.

We strayed from our usual property management for this unit because the photos revealed an updated condo, which it was, however, the condo was not throughly clean. There was hair in the master shower drain, the master bath sink was dirty, and we pulled several dirty dishes from the drawers and cabinets. They were literally crusted with food! This was such a disappointment and a little disconcerting.

Mother Nature wasn’t very co-operative for this getaway. It was a rainy week. On the bright side, it was warmer than home. Peg Leg Pete’s was close by for lots of gulf seafood. The property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Weekend getaway
Perfect size for our small family. We enjoyed the balcony each morning and night. The furniture and beds were comfortable as well. Our daughter enjoyed walking out to the pier and sleeping on the top bunk. An overall great experience for us.

Cute Place-A little small
I guess when listed as entering this “first floor condo” I wrongly assumed it was on the ground floor. Did not enjoy toting my children and stuff up the concrete stairs. Not a huge deal, just a little misleading. The outside of the building looks a bit run down with rusty AC units in the parking area, and some items strewn about. The condo on the inside is decorated nicely and had all we needed in the kitchen. The master bedroom/bathroom was nice. The overall layout is a bit cramped for children-nothing for them to do and nowhere for them to go this time of year. Definitely recommend for a husband/wife getaway. Unfortunately there just wasn’t much for the kids to do this time of year...pool is unheated but I was aware of this when booking-thought there’d be a little more room to spread out. As I said, cute place, just more for a couple of adults-4 max in my opinion. Would consider staying again without my children.

The condo was great. It was within walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to ask the restaurants. The only thing I would recommend.... Get rid of all but a couple of the decorative pillows. They took up so much room on the couches and beds, we had to stack them in the closets and corners just so we could sit down on the couch and go to bed. They're pretty, but not functional . And I would recommend more comfortable outside seating .
