Recently renovated with new flooring and a refreshed kitchen backsplash, this cozy beach retreat is the perfect home base for families and small groups. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living area with a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and a charming twin sleeping nook tucked beneath the stairs. Just a short walk from the beach, you'll be close to local restaurants, shopping, and everything Pensacola Beach has to offer.

The upstairs is designed as an intimate, family-friendly sleeping space. The primary bedroom features a king bed and is separated from the second bedroom by a sliding partition door rather than a traditional wall, creating two distinct sleeping areas while maintaining the condo's cozy footprint. The second bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests, and the upstairs also includes a full bathroom.
