The Best Time to Come to the Beach! Fall Specials!

Regency Towers 703 West is a one bedroom, one bath condo on the 7th floor with a huge beach front balcony! Enjoy being steps from the soft sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. This lovely property has tile flooring throughout and the furnishings are positioned to take full advantage of the beach views from the balcony. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a flatscreen tv and opens up to the expansive balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and has an eat-in bar. Relax after a long day at the beach in front of the TV with a good movie or on the balcony listening to the waves. A stackable washer/dryer and WIFI complete this lovely condo. Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!
Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.
Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping, dining, and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.
Pensacola Beach includes two artificial reef systems for snorkeling. Park East is located about 1.4 miles east of Portofino on Pensacola Beach. The reef is located 500 ft. off shore and attracts a wide variety of fish, sea turtles and all kinds of gulf wildlife.
Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach. The “Blues” host an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

Three sets of glass doors across the entire front of the unit out to the balcony creates a spectacular view from every area! Spent hours in the morning and evening enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean on the lounge chairs. Lovely furnishings, super comfy bed, plentiful linens and kitchen utensils. Pat and Gary were amazingly friendly and helpful! Close to everything you need. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Condo

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was gorgeous. The condo was decorated well, clean, and had all the amenities we would need. The walk to the beach was just a few steps. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating with all questions/requests. The king bed was nice and roomy, but had a foam pad that made it a little too soft for our liking, but it was removable and the mattress was very comfortable otherwise. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Highly recommend this host and location

I have nothing but great things to say about this host and location. The view was amazing, the beach beautiful, the furniture was comfy, and the small touches were spot on (like salt and pepper, beach chairs and umbrella). My only complaint is that I couldn’t book more nights due to commitments at home. Please don’t tell your friends about this place. We need to keep it a secret for those of us smart enough to stay here. We got to see dolphins in the mornings, sunsets in the evening (from the beach), and amazing views of the ocean from the balcony. We cooked all our meals in and took full advantage of the great weather. The beach was family friendly with a lot of things to do around town.

Memorial Day Weekend getaway!

The accommodations were excellent! Short walk to the beach and we never had to wait more than a minute on an elevator. The beach was clean and not over crowded. We really enjoyed our stay!
