Walk into the foyer and see the beautiful blue/green waters of the gulf through the floor to ceiling windows in the office nook. Very clean with gorgeous beach views. Walking distance to Peg Leg Pete’s. My only negative comment would be having to interact with AI via text and not a real person to discuss different issues that came up - I never got a clear cut answer about checking in early or whether or not we were to strip the sheets from the bed prior to checking out. This was only a minor inconvenience, everything else was great! We had a wonderful stay.

Great Getaway

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew this was going to be the perfect stay for our family. The living area was large enough for 8 of us to gather. But we spent most of the time sitting outside on the wrap around balcony watching the ocean. Beds were comfortable and two of the bedrooms had fabulous views. Kitchen area was spacious and fully equipped. Beach was easy to get to and the kids enjoyed the pool. I can not say enough about the communication with the leasing agent. They were quick to respond and friendly.

Family fun in the sun!

Our family was so blessed to spend time in this beautiful condo. It was clean and accommodating. The working staff on hand were very helpful, courteous and considerate. The management team was right on task for whatever we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Family celebration

We came to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday and couldn't have asked for a better condo. The condo is equipped to hold a large family and the owner thought of everything, even grab bars in the shower for older parents. Thank you! We hope to return.

Love location and view!

We have been going to Pensacola for over 15 years and love starting in this area. The Emerald Dolphin works great for families and loved having the three beds and three baths. The view was amazing on this end unit and we love Peg Legs and the trolley.

Overall, our stay at the condo was a good experience. The condo has the most BEAUTIFUL view. The property manager communicated with us regarding any concerns or questions. Despite a broken toilet we had to fix because the maintenance team couldn't, it was a great experience. We would consider staying again. Thank you!

Beautiful Location

The property was located across the street from the beach and had amazing views. It was very spacious for our family. I have to say The water pressure in the showers were awesome, it felt good to take a shower. There were a couple things that could use some improvement but not a deal breaker as we will definitely stay there again. Being the condo is located at beach area we would have liked to have more quality beach chairs like Tommy Bahamas or something similar and larger beach towels. There wasn’t any in the unit and when we requested for them an hour later they arrived with towels and chairs. Not the best chairs but it did the job. There is a rental service that delivers chairs and umbrellas but for the price we paid for five days we felt they should have those accessible for use. Also a better stock of dish soap and paper towels. There was only one roll for five days. One of the bedroom didn’t have a dresser or a place to put clothes as the closets were full of pillows and others items that were taking up space. Front door was hard to get open and close and does need to be fixed. BBQ was not clean but we didn’t use it. Be sure to get your groceries prior as there are no grocery stores once you go over the bridge. The items above are easy fixes and the main thing for us was the location, cleanliness, space and an updated condo. This checked all the boxes for us. We had a lot of fun and will be back.
