Welcome to Boardwalk A28! This adorable two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome style condo is just waiting for you and your family to enjoy! Upon arrival you will notice the covered parking area, outdoor seating area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing the kids off before you head in from a day on the beach. The first level is just an entryway, providing an indoor space to stash some of your beach items from the day before heading up to the main level. The main level is a large open space that includes a comfy living room, eat in kitchen, a half bath and a laundry closet. The balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. Up one more set of stairs you will find two bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom two full size beds. The on-site pool is just on the other side of the building, and bay access just beyond that. Take a short walk across the street and you will discover the sugar white sands and emerald waters of our beautiful beach. Fort Pickens National Park is just a short drive away for a day of historical exploration. Or, if you prefer, a short drive in the opposite direction will take you to the main hub of Pensacola Beach where you will find plenty of shopping, dining and activity options. During the spring and summer, hop on the free Pensacola Beach Trolley to go explore all of the options! Historical downtown Pensacola is about a fifteen minute drive away and offers even more dining, shopping, and historical options.
