This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom non-smoking Gulf-Front condo located on the 6th floor of a 17-story luxury high rise condominium. The property sits on multiple acres with direct beach access to the Gulf of Mexico, so no road to cross to get to the beach. Simply walk out the back door to the pool area and you are steps away from the sun, sand, water & fun! Emerald Isle is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within easy walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the Pensacola Fishing Pier. It is also home to the Blue Angles. You will have a front row seat from your balcony as they fly eye level to you during their July show!

In 2018, the unit underwent a remodel: kitchen, new flooring, & new paint. All basic brand new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee pot maker, and washer/dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with new plush mattresses and 4 inch pillow toppers added for extra comfort! The twin beds can easily be pushed together to make a king size bed if desired. The living room also has a full-size sleeper sofa and there is a rollaway twin bed if needed. Both bedrooms have new wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room has a 65-inch wall mounted Smart TV. Master bedroom and living room area have a beautiful view of the Gulf through top to bottom sliding glass doors and balcony access.
Linens and bath towels are provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Emerald Isle features 2 pools (1 heated), a hot tub, and fitness center. There are 2 elevators, rolling luggage carts, and electronic gated parking which is reserved for guests only. Free WiFi is also included.
