„Check in was simple. The home was extremely inviting and well appointed. Wonderfully peaceful. The only complaint we would have is that the BBQ was filthy and the heating elements were falling apart. It obviously hadn't been cleaned under the hot plates for a significant period of time. The only other problem we had was that in the bedroom next to the master, the hanging rail fell down as it didn't have all the screws required to keep it in place. Some maintenance issues - back garden needed tidying, no working lights at front entrance (making it very dangerous for elderly and frail family member) and a front door that needs shaving on the bottom to stop it jamming on tiles (and allowing walker to be used).“
