„Such a lovely traditional guesthouse. Ann was a really friendly, helpful host, the room was super clean, spacious and pretty and the breakfast cooked by her husband Paul was fantastic. Beautiful location - Penrith is a hidden gem. 10/10 thoroughly recommend. “

„We finished our summer holiday at this lovely castle and everything was just perfect. We were treated so nicely and couldn’t have asked for more. I particularly liked the tasteful design of the bathroom and felt taken back a few decades. There is a lovely cat that likes to be cuddled and a award-winning garden outside. A spacious and comfortable guest house, great value, a short walk from the centre of town, with private parking, excellent service and a variety of delicious breakfast choices. „Spent two nights and had a great time staying here. The hosts Nikki and Alan are the best. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble for them. From stepping through the door they made us feel welcome. Nikki upgraded our room and changed our tv as the one in the room needed re-tuning.
