„We are familiar with the area and needed a place to stay while we did some work on our own property near by. The house is perfect and as described, we were all very comfortable. Perfect location close to adorable downtown Ellsworth and all of the beauty and nature you could want. A fantastic stay! “

„The location was absolutely perfect! We all slept really well every night, with the smell of ocean air the light breeze cool morning warmed up to 74 every day with sunshine could’ve asked for a better trip we loved going out for coffee in the morning sitting in the Adirondack chairs right on the Waters edge, watching seagulls, saw an eagle a couple of times, seeing the tide come and go out. It was a magical experience.“

„My family rented the Farmhouse & Cottage to celebrate my Dad’s 60th birthday near his favorite place in the world (Acadia), and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Held all of us with no issue, and the kitchen was great for prepping all our meals. Both the farmhouse and cottage were super cozy, and the location is absolutely serene, with access to water within walking distance, down the street. „Great property & great location. The Belfast Harbor is a must to experience just 3 miles from property and the Alpaca farm just 1 mile. Great food & friendly atmosphere at the harbor. Searsport Museum was expectacular. Other places we visited was Portland 2 hrs and Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor 1 hr1/2 and Waterville for a wedding 1hour. Penoscob Bay Observatory and Fort Knox is also close by and worth the ride to also see the Memorial bridge at night. In summary it is a safe lovely ...

„Our family had a wonderful stay at the wagon wheel cottage! It was comfortable and cozy, and had all the amenities needed for a family getaway! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms looked newly renovated, and we had room to hang out. It was close to the Acadia entrance, the Crooked Coffee shop (delicious), and only 10 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor. Thank you!!“

"Wir waren drei Nächte im Juli dort und hatten ein großes Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Das Hotel hat einen großen Parkplatz und eine Laundry mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern war für uns sehr wichtig war. Zudem gab es einen Frühstücksraum mit einer Aussenterrasse (war jedoch ungepflegt und wir von keinem benutzt). Jedoch gibt es keinen Aufzug und daher muss man die Koffer enge Treppen hoch schleppen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Pantry und ein schönes Bad. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schön und sauber. Das Frühstück hat uns weder geschmeckt (nur abgepackte Lebensmittel) noch war der Frühstücksraum ansprechend. Deshalb haben wir nicht mehr dort gegessen. Das Hotel diente uns als Ausgangspunkt für den Arcadia National Park. Es bekommt 3 von 5 Punkten von uns."
