„My husband and I stayed here during our anniversary trip visiting Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. We picked this Vrbo for the great price, location, and space! The host was very responsive to messages and provided clear and concise instructions for checking in to the property. We loved having a kitchen space, a separate living and bedroom space, and a lovely back balcony/staircase. Parking at the property was a breeze, even though we had anticipated it may be tricky. „Wish we could have contacted the host. One sleepless night because of air in the pipes. No way to turn off the water at the toilet which kept running. No water shut offs in the bathroom at all. Manually repositioning the broken flapper in the toilet after each flush was the work around. I'm sure water leaks into the sub floor because of the broken shower base.Great peaceful location. Appliances where great. Quaint cabin. In a beautiful area. “

„Only about a half hour from Acadia, good access roads, close to Walmart and other shopping. The cottages are a bit older, but the price was OK, so all in all it was ok.“

Just far enough out of Bar Harbor to enjoy feeling like we were out in the countryside, but close enough to both Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park to enjoy both destinations to the fullest! The property also was beautiful with a lovely trail and close access to the beach! It was really close to everything in the national park nothing was more than 25 min away! This will be our spot whenever we come back and our recommendation to anyone we know vacationing in Acadia!“

„If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them! We have been on a 12 day, multi state trip and Acadia Woods Cottages was our favorite stay! It was immaculately clean, 20-25 minutes from Acadia, and so calm! Truly, we couldn't have asked for anything better! I've already checked flights in hopes to come back!“

„Great little cabin close to the activity of Acadia and bustle of Bar Harbor, but seemingly miles away from anywhere! Two bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I and our adult son. Bed were comfy, kitchen well stocked and the living/dining area nice for just unwinding at the end of the day. There is a fire pit area too that looked good for relaxing in the evening, but we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of it. “
