„This property is everything the listing portrays. The condo itself is gorgeous and modern inside. The views from every room are breathtaking and just get better when you step onto the patio and down into the pool. The owner is very responsive to any questions and the property is well maintained on a daily basis. Highly recommended based on property and location. “

„We stayed at the pacific beach condo Nov 21 - 28,I won't forget when we walked through the door & looked through the front windows at the amazing 180 degree view on Portrero beach,breathtaking to say the least.The condo itself was beautiful inside,it looked like it was just renovated.The condo had all the amenities that were needed.The king size bed was so comfortable,the units air conditioning worked perfect..there werre lawn chairs to use,a cooler & lots of beach & pool towels.The pool was ...

„Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.“

„We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great.The host was very fast and clear in responses.“
