„Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben spontan noch zwei weitere Nächte verlängert. Die Lage ist toll, man kann super am Pool entspannen und es gibt im Ort einige Touranbieter für Corcovado Nationalpark oder Golfo Dulce.“
„Perfect for a relaxing retreat with or without the yoga and a good place for the activities in the Oso/Corcovado area. Jen and Stuart’s hospitality is exceptional - everything you need, when you need it, with no fuss, and very well priced (eg $10 for a delicious lunch). Breakfast is delicious. Stuart’s cocktails are great. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone. The only thing i would have done differently is hiring bikes in town for greater flexibility. “

„My husband and I found this property that was right in the beach. You can hear the waves you are that close. We took walks on the beach and Kenneth helped set up the scuba and snorkel trip we too that picked us up on the beach !!
We had a room with outdoor kitchen and balcony with hammock and a view of the ocean.
We would return to the same room if we visit Drake Nay again !!“
„We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Margarita. We had them (Alberto) book our tours and found that if you pay cash (dollars or colones) you save some money on your tours. We did the snorkeling (well worth the money!) - 4 different snorkeling stops, an island stop and a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant. Corcovado Park tour - make sure and take shoes to get wet getting in and out of the boat, as well as shoes to wear while touring the park (they provide a lunch at the part and you are not allowed ...
„Die Ecolodge ist schon toll, auch wenn das Areal, in dem die Lodges stehen, überall in USA auch stehen könnte, es ist dort "sehr aufgeräumt". Trotzdem ist der Aufenthalt etwas besonderes. Der angrenzende Regenwald ist riesig mit vielen Trails und einer Hängebrücke.
Auch die Tiersichtungen während wir im Restaurant saßen, war wie im Kino, echt toll!
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Wir wurden bei jeder Begegnung mit Namen angesprochen.

„tolle Lage direkt am Nationalpark! Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Meerblick. Traumhaft schöner einsamer Strand! Viele Tiere auch direkt in der Anlage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Anreise war viel besser als erwartet.
Leider ist das Meer schon sehr laut und ich konnte schlecht schlafen! Das ist aber wirklich ein Luxusproblem, genau wie der fehlende Ventilator! “

La Leona Park Ranger Station ist nur eine Sehenswürdigkeit von vielen, die einen Besuch lohnt, während du in Carate bist. Also plane ruhig genug Zeit für weitere Erkundungstouren ein. Mach einen Spaziergang am Strand und im Park, während du vor Ort bist.
