„This apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The host used the messaging app to check on us and responded quickly when we had a question. Best feature is the location: coffee, granita and a deli less than five minutes walk and Mayfield Rd (main street of Little Italy) just slightly further. There are enough restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops to keep me busy for weeks. I’d definitely stay here again.“

„Property was ok for the price. It listed that it has air conditioning which it does but only one window unit and it is in the main living room which is completely separate from the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan but it did not help. Needless to say it was hot especially being on the second floor of the building.“

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and Eric was very kind and accommodating...even shared the garden with us. „Great apartment for a concert we went to right next door! Decent neighborhood, but we were only there for 1 night. Apt was perfect, very clean and nice kitchen if you plan to stay longer. Beds were also comfy. Any questions were answered within 24 hrs.“
