"Very nice and helpful staff. Faucet in the bathroom was leaking, but overall the room was ok. Good breakfast made on the spot (so it's fresh with fresh ingredients). A bit "rusty" (maybe some renovations could be done to make it look like a real 4* hotel), but not really problematic unless you're really looking for a luxurious hotel. Close to everything in Georgetown which is a plus."

"Decent 4 star hotel near Komtar. Close to everything so walking works. Komtar itself is getting very outdated by now and needs a major rehaul. "
