„Upon checkin extremely detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do, lots of rules. But omission of explanation of heater adjustment.We were required to fill in a form with all our personal details including credit card details. Supposedly a VRBO requirement that we have never come across before. It left us feeling very uncomfortable, after all, if there are problems you are supposed to go through VRBO and they have all those details already.Fridge did not work at allHair dryer did ...

„We rented this property for two nights. After we found where to get entry information, 4 or 5 codes to get there. The grand finale was the door to the suite DID NOT work. This was after hauling everything up 3 flights. We loaded our stuff back in the car and back to the person who gave us the codes. He didn’t know what to do and told us to contact the owners. We searched and there is no way to contact the owners. We then had to go get another place to stay.
I want my money back as this ...

„The owner requires a separate rental agreement before checking in but after booking. Kitchen vent and dish washer do not work and no response when asked. The place is hard to find without clear instructions. It is a bit noisy at night from the restaurant below the unit. We are not very happy climbing stairs without elevator at all.“
