„Tolle stadtnahe Unterkunft, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Check in und personal war sehr freundlich. Schön gestaltetes Zimmer und Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nur die Dachterrasse war sehr enttäuschend. 3-4 Tische, keine Deko oder sonstiges nettes Ambiente. Sehr große Karte mit Cocktails etc. Aber es gab nur Bier oder Softdrinks. “

„The hotel room was big and the bed comfortable. About the part that I didn't like, two points to mention. There was no soup and tissue on the lobby restrooms ( I went in two consecutive days in the morning around 9 pm). They had three umbrellas to borrow and the three of them were broken. Even if they were broken they stored them at the entrance and didn't throw it away. “

„Sehr gutes zentrales Hotel. Tolles Ambiente. Sehr nettes Personal und Empfang. Großes sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die 2 Fahrstühle sind für das hohe, große Hotel oft zu wenig.“

„Es gibt viel aber wenig Internationalen Standard wie man Ibis kennt! Frühstück: bei aller liebe zum regionalem Kaffe was wir gut finden! Ist es unzumutbar dass jeder Kaffee um die Tasse voll zu bekommen zweimal auf der Kaffeemaschine drücken muss und das einem vorkommet als warte maneine Ewigkeit ca4 min. Das einem beim Frühstück frischer Säfte auf der Unterlage an jedem Sitzplatz angepriesen werden und es nur einen Instanz Saft gibt, die einem den Morgen verderben können. Es mus jeden Morgen um ...

„the checkin was super easy and smooth.. front desk clerk came and opened the door upon arrival, big smile on his face and from then on i had a new friend in Makassar.. any questions i just asked him and not only did he answer them but would tell me better way or place than what i was thinking.. the food in the restaurant as well as the service was perfect.Coto Makassar huge sreving and just ENAK.. “

„Very basic hotel. Fine for the low price. Room is a bit aged and dusty. Same with the loo. Everything works fine though and the shower was nice and hot! Note- the basic rooms don't have a window or view. Location is good though. Right on the sea front stretch close to restaurants and cafes. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Didn't try the food as there are a lot of options right outside.“

„It rained a bit, which is to be expected in this area, but nothing that was too much of a bother. One small complaint I have that actually just occurred to me is that the local mosque, of which there is one on every corner in this part of the world, started prayers at a high volume at 4am today...I'm all for religious freedom however, 4am, and no way to get away from it, that's a little much. I don't know what the solution is, however, there should be room for some consideration.“

About 25 minutes at hotel conter, my name is not detected by counter incharge, even i showed your email booikng confirmation.. very gratefull after 25 mnt they found my name under expedia.. if not... my room is none no booking n i hv lot lot of trouble 2..The hotel said my booking is room only,, no breakfast.... even i showed booking confirnation... hotel showed me their received order is room only.. 3.The hotel is strategic location for shopping, culiner and losari sight seeing, just walking ...

„Das Hotel ist sehr schön, jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Gegenüber befindet sich direkt eine Moschee. Zu den Gebetszeiten ist es deshalb sehr laut. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen. “

„Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level.“
