This spacious 140 m² villa features a bright 42 m² living and dining area with comfortable leather sofas and a 65" Smart TV with Netflix. From the sunny, elevated south-facing veranda you can enjoy panoramic sea views, while the shaded north terrace with a dining table is perfect for relaxed outdoor meals on hot summer days.
The villa offers two large bedrooms with high-quality memory-foam mattresses and an additional pull-out bed, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. Every room has a ceiling fan and a modern LG air conditioner for year-round comfort.
Step outside to your private pool, surrounded by tropical plants and flowering bushes. Sun loungers, umbrellas, pool toys, and a solar rain shower create a true resort atmosphere. A BBQ area with both gas and charcoal grills is perfect for long summer evenings.
The separate Italian kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and dryer. Water filters are installed both in the kitchen (for drinking and cooking) and in the bathroom shower for extra comfort.
