„Camera pulita e confortevole“

„Very good staff willing to help and give you the best recomendations“

„We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Marezi! Everything has been completely renovated since July, and it really shows. The accommodation is spotless, modern, beautifully finished, and equipped with everything you need. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Sylvia and Roberto are fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It was also a perfect place to stay with my dog, who felt just as comfortable as I did. I truly hope to come back ...

Absolut empfehlenswert.“

„Stayed one night. Excellent location for City Center and the Beach (walkable). Connected restaurant staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was very modern and comfortable.“

„This is a very interesting place. The exterior looks somehow lost in time, but the rooms are totally modern and really well designed. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the seafront or hike up to the old town and panoramic views. Breakfast was great, too. We will most likely stay here again when we return to Grottomare.“

„The room was OK. Clean but not spotless. Very noisy spot with the train passing by very close. Service and reception only online, so sometimes, be patient. Bed comfort = about 6/10.“

„We rented a pet-friendly apartment with a pool. We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water. We couldn't let our dogs out of the house because the landlord's aggressive dog kept attacking, biting, and injuring them. We couldn't walk them. The landlord continued to let the dog run free ...

„Yes, make the booking! We enjoyed our time here so much. We absolutely loved the peace, the spacious room, the breakfast that spoiled us, and the high attention to detail in the service execution. The views are outstanding - watching the sunrise fall into the valley was easily one of the favorite moments of our stay. So beautiful! A couple of small downsides: the gym is quite small, but I guess for a hotel of this size, it is okay. Also, the spa setup could be a bit better, as it felt a ...
