The staff was less than friendly at check in. The shuttle driver pulled in right before me and parked blocking the entire covered entry way while it was raining so I had to unload my families luggage in the rain, while the driver sat in the lobby. I asked the Hampton person checking me in and she said he would be back in a little while to move the van. The carpet was torn in the room, and was "sticky". The entire hotel smelled musty. Breakfast was not great and they were out of several items. They electrical outlet by the bed was broken on the front and unsafe, and one under the table for the TV was hanging loose in an oversized hole in the wall. The sink and shower didn't drain well either.
