„ Place was extremely dirty. Layers of dirt, dust and bugs. No WiFi or service available inside. The washer and dryer promised were not available for use. Host was very slow/not responsive. No central AC. Front door lock does not work. Low privacy bc of open glass door with no curtains. Very little amenities provide; few dirty towels. Only pro is location on north shore. For the price at minimum place should be clean. “

„Owners should install a digital code lock for the gate. We didn't arrive to the rental till evening and they had a tiny lock on the very bottom of the gate in which you could not see the numbers very well. It was a pain to go in and then come out to go somewhere. The rental unit itself is very cozy and nice. It's just the entering of the property is very difficult if you get there when the sun is down. Other than that everything else is great “

„Leider war die Bettwäsche und Handtücher verschmutzt und die Ansprechpartnerin nicht telefonisch zu erreichen. Beides ist ein No Go. Die Nachbarin hat dann gewaschen. Geschirr und Besteck waren unzureichend und der Küchenbereich der Wohnung nicht gut geputzt. Im Gelände wurden Hunde und Hühner (was Lärm verursachte) unter nicht zumutbaren Bedingungen gehalten. Der Gast wird in einem Geheft über die Hausordnung informiert. Hier sollte man die Drohungen/Strafankündigung bei Nichteinhaltung ...

„We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! The condo itself gets a nice breeze from the lanai, but there is GREAT AC, if needed. The location is peaceful and the views of the golf course and trees are lovely. It's nice to be so close to Lei Lei's for a meal or even a to-go order. Oh, and the beds are SO SO ...
