Piri is the ultimate accommodation to welcome 2 families allowing for total privacy offering separate entrance, living quarters and bathroom. Recently refurbished, this family friendly and pet friendly home is flooded with natural light and provides the ultimate beach getaway. There is a well appointed kitchen to suit all your catering needs. Just off the kitchen you will enjoy year round Alfresco entertaining on the large screened deck with the sounds of the ocean in the background.

Located over 2 levels, Upstairs offers a combined Lounge, Kitchen and dining which is Air conditioned for guests comfort. 2 bedrooms, Master with a Queen bed and air conditioned leading out to the expansive deck. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the main bathroom is located on this level. There is a large deck that wraps around the upper level and is the perfect setting to embrace the peace and tranquillity this home has to offer.

The lower level offers 3 bedrooms, 1 Queen, 1 Double and 2 x double bunks, perfect for the children. There is a second lounge area and a Pool and Ping pong table for many hours of fun. A second bathroom with laundry (washing machine and clothes dryer) is on the lower level.

Please note access to upstairs is via an external staircase.

All your needs will be met with a large fully fenced yard for the children to play, a great space for a game of cricket or for your furry friend to frolic. Refresh after a day at the Beach under the beautiful outdoor shower with Hot and Cold water supply.

This property sleeps 12, maximum 8 adults.

A short 10-minute drive brings you to Umina Beach, home to supermarkets, eateries, and a stunning surfing beach.
True to its name, Pearl Beach is a `Gem` located on the western shoreline of Broken Bay, sharing the peninsula with nearby Patonga. Go for a walk up to Mount Ettalong Lookout for breath-taking views of Umina and Ettalong Beaches. Located a short 10 minute drive to Umina Beach you will find an array of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets to meet all your shopping needs.

Please note this property only allows 8 adults maximum, sleeping up to 12 when including children in the total.
