„En principio, una estancia muy agradable, un hotel bonito y un buen servicio en general. Solo hubo un gran inconveniente. Al hacer el check-in, me dijeron que el desayuno estaba incluido. Al segundo día de la estancia, de repente me dijeron que el desayuno NO estaba incluido. Y querían cobrarme los dos desayunos aparte.

That was a horrible experience, as soon as I got there the front desk call the Police on me saying that I have blood on n my back pack. Then the police when to my room to talk to me. Idk why they did this but this is unacceptable. This is not a professional behavior. The Police left saying don't worry everything is ok.
