„En principio, una estancia muy agradable, un hotel bonito y un buen servicio en general. Solo hubo un gran inconveniente. Al hacer el check-in, me dijeron que el desayuno estaba incluido. Al segundo día de la estancia, de repente me dijeron que el desayuno NO estaba incluido. Y querían cobrarme los dos desayunos aparte.
Y tras hacerme escribir una nota explicando que me habían informado que el desayuno estaba incluido y firmarla, la funcionaria que me atendió dijo que ya no debía pagar ningún ...
„La habitación y el lugar estaba muy limpio, el único inconveniente fue con la ducha que no drenaba el agua y la solución no fue oportuna. Necesitan revisar mejor la habitación y su funcionamiento antes de que los huéspedes se encuentren con estos inconvenientes. No pudimos usar la ducha más de una vez. Y no nos cambiaron de habitación. Nos tocó esperar al siguiente día para pedir que nos cambiaran para podernos bañar. El servicio al cliente fue amable pero nada eficiente.“
