„Conveniently located on a quiet street. House itself needs some TLC (to say nothing of some additional furniture and kitchen amenities) but bed was comfortable and the shower had a steady flow of hot water. We weren't looking for much more but were surprised that that's as much as we got. Communication with the host was spotty including receiving arrival/entry instructions, but all came through in the end.“

„The property has a distant view of ocean. Cannot hear the ocean.The road to the property is extremely steep and bumpy.If others are staying downstairs, you can hear almost every sound they make. This was not a problem for us. Definitely feels like you are in a neighborhood, not a tourist area.“

„The house is in an excellent location. Plenty of room for being together, but space to spread out. The trees surrounding the house and pool are lovely and make for a quiet oasis. “

„Our stay was great. There was just a couple of things I felt could have been better. We were 20 minutes early and had to wait outside to enter. The house was ready so I felt there was no reason why we couldn't have entered. When traveling you can't control things to the minute. Another thing was the paperwork said for us to sweep the floors but the broom they had was in great need to be replaced. Other than that, the house was perfect.“

„We arrived at the location and I checked my messages for the check in instructions to realize that they never sent any. So I reached out via the chat system to which they took over an hour to respond. To make it up to us, the manager offered us a late check out, however, he did not communicate that to his staff and a man came into the property unexpectedly before checkout asking us to leave. Once inside we realize that the property only has 3 bedrooms even tho the listing said 4 bedrooms. On ...

„The host was great!! He responded quickly to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun inside and out. Most things were good, but the bunk room had some problems. Our daughter said, “ the Bunk room bathroom shower leaks SO much. The glass does not create a seal and the water leaks through so much, soaking the rug and floor”Some of the doors in the house were squeaky.The pool & hot tub were not very clean & there was some repair needed.“
