„Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. Note: the room was reserved and payed a year in advance and the confirmation had been sent to ...

„Je recommande cet hébergement, l’hôtel est très beau, la piscine est agréable, la cuisine est pratique, tout est très propre. Nous avions une chambre avec un ventilateur et c’était parfait pour la nuit malgré la chaleur intense. L’accueil est parfait et la plage est à 1 min à pieds. “

„La estadía estuvo bien en general, la pasamos muy alegre. Mis hijos la pasaron súper felices en la piscina que estaba enfrente y el masaje muy recomendado. Los puntos a mejora es que la piscina estaba con insectos y no vimos alguien limpiando, no había agua caliente en las duchas de arriba y el mar no está muy cerca si dan una opción para ir a un restaurante en carro pero ora ir con niños pequeños no es muy cómodo“

„Property is beautiful, staff is excellent, the only problem is, is secluded and traffic is horrible to get back to Guatemala City. Goggle map send us through a dirt road full of pot holes full of water the size of a pool, with no one around to help.. My only observation for the improvement of this resort is, for them to advice guest of this different roads.“
